This 95-year-old Yoga Teacher Inspires Me!

Two weeks ago, Tao Porchon-Lynch celebrated her 95th birthday. That, in itself, is an accomplishment. But this nonagenarian is also a yoga practitioner and teacher and has an active teaching career! She has been billed as the world’s oldest yoga teacher and amazes me at what she can do. She is also a ballroom dancer and former actress whose life can only be described as “inspiring”. There are many articles and videos on the web about her, and I had to share just a few of them. If you ever feel deflated by your practice or need to get motivated to restart your practice, this lady is just the inspiration you need!
